It is an independent, integrated, not intervention by a human operator local wastewater treatment device that specializes for the areas which are far from the city sewage pipes and not convenient to build up a wastewater treatment plant. Its indicator of giving water is higher than the the national standards of Grade II. It suits for the tourist areas, scenic areas, the villa district, resort areas, nursing homes, military units and rural areas etc.. It also applies to treat the wastewater from the living quarters, economic development zones, hotels and restaurants, industries such as pharmacy, printing and dyeing, textile, electroplating, paper-making, slaughter,tannery and breeding.

Basic working principles:
After the larger suspended substances are retained by the grid,the wastewater flows into oil-water separating pond. After separated from oil, the wate flows into the primary sedimentation tank in order to separate the solids such as bedload. Then it enters into the regulation pond to balance the water quality and quantity, which makes sure that the following bioreactor can receive sustained and stable water injecting. Meanwhile, it is also on the role of pretreatment with sewage. The balanced sewage flows into the bioreactor which is the core device of the wastewater treatment process. It can be divided into three parts: concurrently oxygen pond, aerobic pond, and anaerobe pond. In each section, the structure and configuration can be run as aerobic pond or anaerobe pond. And it is also composite, that is,both fixed cultures(activated sludge) and the suspension cultures (biofilm) characteristics of the bioreactors. The bioreactors are filled with special materials in order to arrive in an optimal level. The water from bioreactors flows into the secondary sedimentation pond for liquid and solid separating. The upper deposited water flows into disinfection exhaust pond, which is filllled with chemic medicaments to kill the disease-causing bacteriums. The disinfected water meets the standard for discharge.

The grid:
The grid is mainly used to separate the large insoluble solids and avoid preventing the follow-up liquid transimission equipments. The types of grids currently being used are machinery and artificial grid. The machinery grid has the characteristics of high degree of automation, high separation efficiency, lower power consumption, no noise and good corrosion resistance and can constantly work in an unattended circumstance. It is a gyral machinery grid.
The oil and water separation pond:
The oil-water separation pond is mainly used to separate the oil from the water which contains more than 100mg/l oil ingredient. The separated water meets the standard for follow-up liquid transimission equipments. It combines ramp settlement for oil with technological process of floating gas, which can remove more than 90% oil.
The sand sedimentation pond(the first sedimentation pond):
The wastewater must contain a amount of silt substances such as sediments of floatstone. If the sedimentated sands are not dealed with, they will accumulated in follow-up equipments and take up the space. It will also reduce the staying time for water so that the water characteristics can not meet design requirements. This will cause serious impact on the wastewater treatment effects, particularly on pump abrasion. So it will reduce the service life of pumps and increase operating costs.
The regulation pond:
The regulation pond is mainly used to deal with original water temperature, PH value,water quantity, water quality. Meanwhile it finishs biological pretreatment process in the regulation pond. The size and structure of the regulation pond depend on water quality, water quantity, environmental conditions , processing capacity and other factors.
Bioreactor:
The first one is concurrently oxygen pond. The second one is aerobic pond. The third one is anaerobe pond. The filled material is assembled material. The wastewater stays at the bioreactor for 6 hours. The filled material is a new one which is easy to form films and hard to be jamed. The acreage is 160m2/m3 and the proportion of gas and water is around 12:1.
The secondary sedimentation pond:
The sedimentation pond is used to separate the active mud from bioreactor before discharging the wasterwater and make sure that the consistency of suspension of solid particles meets the requirements of discharge.
The disinfection exhaust pond:
The disinfection time of the integrated wastewater treatment device is 50mins. If the the wastewater comes from hospital, it could be disinfected for more than 1~2 hours. The methods are ozone or NaClO contact dissolved disinfection. The disinfection device can alter the amount of medicine according to the water quantity.
